Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using WriteFlow (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is run by a small startup from Pakistan. If you sign up, you confirm this agreement by ticking the consent checkbox on the sign-up form; we record the date you agreed.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country, if higher) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate registration information. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the articles, comments, and other material you create. You grant WriteFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to publish it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• publish content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing;
• upload malware or attempt to breach security controls;
• scrape, spam, or abuse platform features (including automated excessive requests);
• impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation;
• resell or exploit access to the Service without permission.

5. AI features

AI generation and analysis are provided for assistance only and may produce inaccurate or offensive output — review results before using them. When you use these features, your selected text is processed by a third-party AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy. AI features are available on paid plans and are subject to fair-use limits. Use of the AI features is also governed by our AI Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Creem on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices and plan features may change with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Where the law permits, payments are non-refundable for the used portion of a period; statutory refund rights are unaffected. 7. Moderation and termination

We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal risk — with notice where practical. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses you granted, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive it.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteFlow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $100 if you have paid nothing).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

11. Changes and contact
